Lease or hunting club??

[Hunter clay]

A friend of mines son is wanting to do some hunting. The place he hunts is privately owned and the man has told him and everyone under the sun they could hunt it. He's looking for either a club or a lease to get on around the Pikeville Dayton area. Does anyone know of anything? It's not my area so I don't have any information for him.
