I sprayed em with a bug killer/disease spray,anyone know what this is/what I should do if anything?

The picture isn't real clear. It would be hard to say what is definitively causing the dead spots, but it could be anything from fungus to ozone damage. If it is a fungus or insect, i would suggest a broad spectrum fungicide and insecticide. NEEM oil would work well. It is good for fruit trees. Follow the directions on the bottle for the species listed and all should be good. I would seriously doubt ozone damage at your elevation in Perry county.
 
keep on a 7 to 14 day rotation.....it doesnt claim water pruf so i would do it again since it rained.
