Who's is headed out to LBL this weekend? Weather doesn't look to be the best but I guess we will have deal with it. Warm and breezy. I hope the deer are moving and the weather want hinder day time activity. Good luck to those making the hunt!

we will be in 16! I'm with you on the weather, I hope it doesn't shut them down totally! Anyone hear of any chasing going on up there or is it pretty much done now?? Good luck to all and kill a big one!

Last weekend in Stewart County there was some visual rutting activity, so you should see some.

My advice for LBL is simple, wait it out. Stay in the woods as long as possible, people start getting impatient and will get up and walk around or leave early...be there when they start pushing deer to you.

Thanks Hiker for the advice. LBL is a about the only hunt in which I will sit in my stand all day. I just hope the weather will not slow up the activity. Over the past few hunts we have been drawn on we have had great weather and I've seen aggressive action every time. Hopefully it wont change this year.
