I've gotten drawn for area 14 this year for the thanksgiving weekend rifle hunt. Over the years we have traditionally hunted area 11 and have been successful. Area 14 is a new to us and I'm not familiar with it at all. I've been looking at the map and trying to study the area. I plan on scouting all day Friday and putting in the work. I did want to ask if anyone had any advice or suggestions about hunting the area. Not looking for honey holes, etc. but maybe a starting point or again just some suggestions that might of helped others. It looks to be a long and narrow area. Not sure about the road access to the back of the unit near the lake? Im sure there are some. PM me if you prefer do that than post on this thread.
