Laws on Bow hunting below Percy Priest dam?

Was kayaking last week down the Stones and saw several nice deer. What are the laws? Can you hunt out of a kayak and can you hunt below the dam on the river banks?

I'm not aware of TWRA having any of that land in the WMA system. I think most of it is Metro Greenways, and it would be closed to hunting. If any of it is private, you would have to have permission of the landowner to shoot onto their property.
