Last Day Buck...

I finally connected on the last day. It's been a long season with me getting a doe on the second day of the season opener and none until the last day. This is my second buck ever and first deer killed with a rifle. All my deer have been killed with my bow and it is definitly a rush but I was more shook up than ever after taking a shot with my rifle. Good way to end the season.

Getting one on the last day ends things on a positive note. Sort of like when you are bird hunting and have been having a bad shooting day but you hit that last bird. Congratulations!

It's a long eye relief scope. So its made to see through from about 8 to 9 inches away from the eye. The rifle is what you call a scout set up for quick target acquisition. The rifle being a 32 special is good for about 100 to 125 yards so i dont need a big power scope on it.
