Landowner

I am taking my wife hunting this weekend. The land that we will be hunting is her father's make her qualify to hunt as a landowner without having to buy a license. My question is what will she need to have as far as information to check the turkey in (being a landowner) if she is lucky enough to get one? I have never hunted as a landowner or I would already know what is needed. Thanks for the information.

She is required to fill out and carry the Farmland Owner License Exemption Statement found on page 55 of the Hunting Guide.

If she kills a turkey, she will have to take it to a TWRA checking station if she is not in the TWRA license system.
