When hunting under landowner exemption are you allowed to harvest the limit of anterless deer for your unit? Do you still need to have a type 94 permit to do so?
If you meet the legal requirements for a landowner license exemption, you are able to take whatever the bag limit is for that unit. A Type 94 permit is not required for someone that is legal under the landowner exemption.
