Just to be forthcoming on this I pretty much bought it just to control the growth here and maybe make a little money. It's worked well so far and we have a pretty good little neighborhood here. I can move on this quite a bit but I put it on here and another site first hoping to get like minded neighbors. Once it goes to the realtor all bets are off. I will divide it up, I see about 4 really nice homesites on it. Two with views one on the creek. All are private. Long winded bump lol
