Well i will say that i had the best fishing i have had in a long time on ky lake the last 2 days.Sat we hit the water at 0600 and went to one of my favorite spots.Pulled up and we started catching fish right from the start.We put over 60 bass in the boat.From a 5 pounder to a 8 incher lol.Put 2 channel cats in the boat both over 4 lbs on crankbaits.Went to today and did the same put over 60 fish in the boat again my thumb is raw from lipping the bass.I went threw 4 bags of b-bug plastic baits and not lose any crankbaits so that was good.I caught the bigest drum i have ever caught had to at least be 8 lbs dang thing was huge and what a fight.I am wore out but was well worth it for sure.Life can't get much better for sure.Will post pics later.

Stretch caught a drum the first time he and I went and fished with Simms. I think it weighed 34 pounds. :D
 
Where ya fisn'n Tophat? I live just off Swamp Creek. Its been pretty good round here too.
 
I did something i've never done on the lake, before yesterday....caught about a 40 lb paddlefish on a 6XD. Of course, i was hoping before i saw it that it was a 7 lb brown fish. :)

Cool!!! hope ya kept it, they are good eat'n ;)
Snagged one a couple yrs. back while crappie fish'n...had it on about 15 mins. before the hook came loose :mad: ...couldn't tell how big it was, but look'd as big around as a watermelon!!! :D

bet we've cross paths from time to time, been goin to the 4-way for yrs.
