Went to today after work and put 10 in the boat alljust over 15 inches no big ones but keepers.Seen alot of activity shallow.So they should be getting ready to spawn soon guys.

We are leaving around 4 am Friday morning to come up and prefish. We'll head straight to the ramp, so I'm not sure how long we'll be on the water before coming back to your place. I'll get with my buddy and let you know. I have a couple of big queen air mattresses I'm gonna bring for us to sleep on.

I fished a tourney out of Birdsong today and every fish I weighed in had spawned out.
There will be fish spawning for the next month or so though. I likes when they get done and get out on the ledges!

Can you guys recommend a good place to look for Smallies up there? I'm usually crappie fishing when I get that way in Big Sandy but I'm thinking about hitting the bass next time up. The closest ramps to me would be the section from Paris Landing on down to the Big Sandy area.
