And what does one buck prove? The Green Swamp in central Florida (terrible soils) produced a 190+ buck. Just proof that anything is possible anywhere.

It proves nothing, except maybe that his mother had a fling with a bull elk one night. That aside, East KY produces some big boys every year. Many of those big old coal mines contain a lot of food. The area also has a low deer density and a very short gun season.

proves that the one common denominator at producing big bucks is age!

Many times in the past, the largest scoring bucks taken each year come from the eastern part of the state. Nice buck for sure.

I read thru some of it,seems typical when a really big buck is killed,BTW,it was easy to tell good ole KY TN Hunter on that thread :)

I shouldn't even say this because I know it will come back to bite me.... but
I really hope he stays over on that forum.
 
Is it me, or does that picture look odd? The boys head looks way too big for his body, and his right arm is huge, while left arm doesn't look so big? I am not making fun if the young man has physical abnormalites, but I though the photo might be altered.
 
Very nice buck,but dang thats gotta suck major..His buck hunting days are done until next year..Major mood killer....

Really?Killing a buck like that would not bust my mood.I think it said he was close to Tn,just buy the liscense to hunt here,or Ohio,or Illinois,or wherever.
