Knoxville Tn Turkeys

Anyone ever seen any turkeys at the forks of the river?

I've had them fly over my head from Pickle Island over to there when I was fishing.

I heard a lot the other day when I was there hunting a couple days ago but never did see them. Just curious if there has been others see them.

There are tons of turkeys around the French Broad up river from Knoxville.

I honestly cannot think of a worse place to hunt anything other than doves. It's a game desert

I have seen quiet a few deer there just have not be able to get a clean shot with a bow they have been in some thick areas hanging out.

I Scouted it pretty hard over the summer but just never heard or seen turkeys until a few days ago.

I run my bird dogs out there a ton at times and am shocked when I see a deer track. You've done good to find a few.
