Knight 50 caliber disc muzzleloader?

Has anybody had problems with blow back from the breech plug on this particular gun? I'm using the red disc, cci 209's and 90 grains of pyrodex. Thanks.

I had that problem with an older yellow disk type. I called Knight and they sent me another breech plug. That corrected the issue. I can't tell any difference in the breech plugs so I really don"t know what they did to correct the issue..

it doesnt completely seal things up. Lehigh defense makes a conversion kit for it to use a bare primer and seal up 95% of the blow by.

i have zero problem with my knight long range hunter, call knight or send them an email and they will help you with any issue you may have, they are a standup bunch and will respond and help
