I dont think I've seen this anywhere but say if you went to one of those counties and hunting this extended season and shot a deer would you be required to bone it out there? I'm not sure whether I will go hunt there or not but I imagine quite a few people will. Are they going to kill deer and bring it back to whatever county they are from and process it there and if you did have to bone deer out there then where do you put the bones?

So if you were hunting public land where would you leave the remains? I dont think it's legal to leave all that on public land.

** Any deer killed in Fayette, Hardman and McNairy counties must remain in the counties, except meat with all the bones removed, antlers with no tissue attached, tanned hides, cleaned teeth, and finished taxidermy products. (You can move a harvested deer within these three counties. You cannot remove a deer from these counties and move it to any other county unless it meets exportation requirements.

Honestly, this plan really doesn't seem like a good idea to me. From the map the confirmed cases are actually just west of the Mcnairy Co. line, yet Mcnairy is included. Say a hunter kills a cwd positive deer in Hardeman, them transports it way to the east side of Mcnairy right by the Hardin line. I'm going to say it's not going to be long till Hardin has it. Even though it might not be that convenient, looks like it would be better to process it right wear you killed it to keep things right in the general area.
