Just some info for anyone with a youngster. Was at Academy Sports last night picking up some new hunting clothes for my 6 year old son when we walked by the ground blinds and saw a kids pop up ground blind for $20. Its 36"x36"x36", has a zipper door, 3 sided shoot thru mesh, but only the front window zips down and believe its made by Ameristep. I like to sit on the ground and when he goes with me finding a spot to hide him and keep the wind off him can be a tricking thing, so what the heck it's only $20. Got it home and folded it is only a little bigger round than a basketball and about 3-4 inches thick and comes in a bag. Set it up in the living room with me (6ft and 240lbs) and him in it and actually have room for the both of us. Now I have to sit on the ground but he can sit in his chair. For 20 bucks to have a place to put the young un in so they can move, sleep, stay dry, warm, etc and very portable aint bad. So just letting yall know and remember its 20 bucks and it aint made for the whole family to spend the day in.
