Coming for lunch. Doing my citrus chicken breasts on the grill for the women and wusses and a steak for me. Sides are mashed potatoe casserole, Ceasar Salad, broccoli with hollandaise sauce, rolls and Grizzly Green for desert.

I got a big enough steak, I should have enough left for supper.

Lemon, lime and pineapple juice, then season well. I also inject the breasts with the marinade. I personnly don't like it but it seems everybody else does. My problem is, I don't like white meat. Gives it a bit of a nice zing...so says my wife and the rest of the non-red meat eating wusses. Been thinking about rubbing them in green persimmons. I'll show them zing!
