Just got back from Key West and I can recommend the fish from B O's and the BLT Benedict from Blue Heaven. BLT - bacon,lobster,& tomato.




The temperature leaving last week was around 20.
almost 80 there.
 
Nice picture of the 2nd southernmost point in the continental U.S.

Our antenna field was about 500 yards southwest of there. But no pics allowed. :D

Sure did. The street vendors were selling them like hotcakes at Mallory Square. They were good a bit tuff. Sunset at the square is an experience not to be missed.

Freg's old Coast Guard buddy Tim our trolly driver pointed out that actual southernmost point was the antenna field you mention.

It was highly recommended by our concierge and just around the block from us. We were headed there and had to rush back to the hotel to get out of the down pour.

Spent that evening at the T bar in our hotel. It is on the top of the hotel. Seven stories high. Tallest building in town.

love it!! Sometimes I'll eat two of the grouper sandwiches a day while there. The little laundromat up the street has great breakfast sandwiches as well.
 
Did a Google Streetview "tour" of Key West, and there are a lot of changes since we left in 1992. May have to make a ride down there next spring.
