If what I heard at work today is true the $32,500 fine might do it.

ALL the lakes mean both the Ky and Tn parts.

This Nashville and Clarksville water is still at flood stage and will flow threw the canal to KY Lake from the Cumberland river.

Yep the Coast guard are the only ones with the proper authority to shut the navigable waterways down, and it looks like they have done it, atleast for recreational users! I wouldnt want the fine myself!

Not any more it's been updated.Lake Barkley is still closed.Ky Lake is open from like mile marker 41 and on.
