Fished the Caney fork and the Elk last week with some friends. It was my first time to even sit in a kayak. I am hooked! Any of you guys have any reccomendation on kayaks. I like the looks of the Jackson Coosa.

I have a Pellican Castaway 116 and love it. I use it on the Elk river, creeks, and put it in the gulf this past June and fished.

Coosa is a great boat. I personally like Wilderness Systems alot better. I have the Ride 135. I can stand, fish, walk around all day. Also tracks very well. I love this boat! I am in the market for the new WS Ride 115 as a second boat. PM me for details or the best place to buy any quality kayak or canoe.

Coosa is about the nicest out, but you can get into a nice basic kayak and add rod holders. Save a TON of money.

We have Preceptions and would not trade them for anything! We get ours out all the time.
