I'm asking on behalf of a family member who is here from Florida taking my nephew tomorrow. He just turned 14 and has not taken a hunter's safety education course.
1. What license does he need to have to hunt? I did read about the apprentice license.
2. How does he check in a deer if he needs nothing?
If possible, can somebody reference where the answer might be in the Hunting Guide.
