I've read the wild hog regulations on the .gov site, and it says that landowners and their designees are exempt from licensing requirements for shooting hogs on said landowner's property, as wild hogs have been deemed NOT big game, but nuisance animals. So no license needed?

That is correct. The designees are the persons listed on the wild hog exemption form.
