After I unloaded my equipment this morning, I thought Id better put some seed down on my place, as I didnt know when Id get a chance again.
Planted a small section behind my house, half in Eagle Large Lad, and the other half in a RR Group 7 Ag bean, that I picked up local. Im hoping that it does well, as it is a little cheaper than the Eagles, and I figured a side by side test will tell the tale.
About 4 hours after planting we had a good slow rain that lasted about an hour!!! Now if only Id had my fertilizer down, but I am so glad we got a little rain!
This is the test plot, Group 7's on left, Eagles on right half.

Check out the Eagles that have reseeded from last years crop
