We had a small freezer pretty much full when the flood hit Nashville back in May. Rescued it before it spoiled, got a temporary apartment (still there), and the apartment people said we could put it in the freezer while they were cleaning up from the previous tenant. Came back and it was gone, they said the cleaners thought it belonged to the previous tenant and "threw it out."

They did pay us $100, but still...
