Any sequences you recommend? I'm setup to purchase and download different sounds from their website. I have never used an electronic call. Any advice welcome! Thanks.

A good rabbit distress, a jackrabbit distress, vole squeaks, and coyote ki-yi setup on foxbang are about all I use for yotes. I also have some minaska coon fight sounds for calling coons and some crow sounds for crow hunting.

What he said. My advice is to not blast volume at coyotes or bobcat. My call will go to volume 30, but I don't go over 20. It's not the same as the hunting out west where they call them in from a mile away. I read a study that coyotes hear roughly 4x better than humans. Get a kid with good hearing to test how far away they can hear the caller, then multiply x4 to see roughly how far yotes can hear it.

Great tip, thanks! I really don't know too many people in my area that predator hunt so I'm hoping this is going to be sort of new to the yotes for a while. In fact, got a guy closeby to our farm that has sheep and he's been having some problems. I've killed one this year while deer hunting. Surprisingly, on our little farm I've seen at least 3 different bob cats on the trail cam.

I wouldn't say I have good success. Some days they respond well, some days it'd take dynamite to get them out of the den trees. BUT when they DO come......it's incredible.

Coons come in HOT. They are super pissed and looking for a fight. I had one a couple years ago that I saw jump 20 ft out of a tree at least 100 yards from me on the opposing point of a ridge, barrel down the hill, cross the creek, and run up the other hill right at me. He met a high brass load of #5's.

Calling coons has come really really close to causing me to shoot my Foxpro. Coon ran in and jumped, I shot the coon, in the heat of the moment I didn't realize that the coon was jumping directly AT the caller...I shot within inches of where the caller was resting on a log.
