HatchieLuvr said:Lookin good stik! From 1996 to 2001 I owned 10 Harleys. a 1200 sporty, 2 wide-glides, 1 low-rider, 4 electra-glides and 2 road-glides. (Sold my last one, a SE RoadGlide lastyear) Hands down the best handling bike of them all was the low-rider (88" twincam). I always tried to talk my wife into letting me "get her" a low-rider so I could keep a road-glide and then also have the low-rider for around town. She knows me to well, that idea never worked. I did have a wide-glide and an ultra at the same time and 99% of the time the ultra got rode. My low-rider had bags and a good windshield, while it was no ultra out on the interstate it was certainly more than capable and comfortable for 1 up touring. They just handle so stinkin awesome. I'd imagine a new low-rider with a 96" or 103" motor would be awfully responsive!
I like the black with chrome accents, good job! ;)
