Just cant get in the mood yet!

I do this every year. 70-80 degrees and bow season, just cant get my juices going for deer yet. I set out cameras and tend my plots but I have no desire to hunt until its cold or muzzleloader. I even got my stuff all ready to go yesterday and then I start thinking, man, If I kill one and its 80 degrees, I gotta hurry and process it and take a day to do it or it'll spoil crazy fast so I definitely wont shoot a doe (don't need meat). My processor isn't open on Sundays and (I don't have a freezer to hang it) and it just turns me off. Supposed to be low 80s all week. Looks like it'll be November before I'll get in the mood.

So that means I'll just go fishing tomorrow.

Its definitely too dang hot, my boys have been hammering them since bow season opened and I'm so tired of immediately skinning and quartering them with sweat dripping off my nose. Come on colder weather!

It's terrible out here. Today was the first time I could get in the woods & it was back up to 86 degrees. I was soaking wet before I even sat down in the stand. I love bow hunting but the heat sucks

Yes sir, absolutely! This is no joke. I hit 50 along with my friends and the competitive spirit just isn't there. Then I was put on an anti-anxylic that makes me just want to sleep. I just jabbed 1Ml of "T" into my thigh and lowered the anxiety med. Must.........kill..........deer!
