I'm stuck dead at 159-160. My target is 172. I have tried protein drinks and all that crap. I just put a peach/blackberry cobbler in. I intend to eat the whole dang thing and wash it down with chocolate milk.

Who would have dreamed it is as hard to gain weight as it is to lose it? When I graduated from college and was no longer forced to lift weights, I weighed 185 pounds wore a size 34 waist pants. 20 years later I weighed 223 and wore 40 waist pants. Got back in the gym and dropped to 172 and 36 waist pants. Then I got sick and weighed 136 and didn't bother to wear pants. Today I weighed 159 and the 32 waist pants were not at all snug.

Eat your heart out ladies. That cobbler is going to be some good.

Now does anyone have a recipe for chocolate cobbler? I had some once and it was larrapin but I haven't a clue on how to make one.

this seems to work well for the neighbor's kid:

Polish sausage, cupcakes, Lays BBQ potato chips, pizza rolls, fried mozzarella sticks, and wash it down with 3 liters a coke...don't forget to add 4 hours of Sponge Bob Squarepants and a good measure of low self esteem.

and that's just an after school snack.

Same here. I saw this yesterday. Copied it, emailed it to my wife, she cooked it, and we had it last night after supper.

It was great! Leftovers for lunch. Thanks for the recipe.

Glad you're getting well. The weight might all come at once ...you'll wake one morning and weigh 190. That's how my wife explains it. :)
Hey. She ain't lying. You go to bed with nice legs and not a lot of belly. While you are sleeping, the Fat Fairy comes and you wake up with flab stuck everywhere!!!

bowriter- Eat the things I have to be careful with in order to lose weight. Coke, french fries, chips, cheese and Reese's cups. Oh, and chocolate icing..right out of the container. Duncan Hines is the best.

Got an idea for you. Go to Walmart and stand at the entrance and ask the women that come in how they put it on. They will know

Don't know your situation at all but in the process of wanting to gain weight DONT develop poor eating habits. As your metabolism slows the weight will come and poor eating habits are HARD to break ! I'm speaking from experience on that one! And, it will be a much harder journey changing poor eating habits and losing weight than it is to gain it!
