Picked up this piece yesterday. I wonder what they may have used this for. It's really a bit large and heavy for a spear point. Maybe a hand axe or some kinda scraper? Knife? Some kind of ceremonial piece maybe? Thoughts?

Not exactly sure probably some sort of scraper very nice looking piece congrats is it the same on both sides
 
Got my old book out this is the best i can do top left corner on both pic. Not sure but the bottom pic 1st one is pretty close

It's rather large, it's 3.5 inches long and 2 inches wide at the base and at least 1/2 inch thick at its widest point.. the base is straight but if you look at it and want to make it a little concave, you can almost make the case for that too.. It's a water find, not a plowed field so it's in good shape, no serious damage dings that I can tell.

There's a cool web site for point identification I forgot about.. and after looking at it, I still don't know what it is, lol... There are a few point types look very much like it, but based on it's size, it's too large for most of these point type. There is a Nolichucky on here that looks just about like it, but that point type is just too small for this point...
