I just love my son, like most dad's do and remember the best times where made in the woods with my father!!

I hope he will carry on the legacy and make memories of his own!

That is awesome!!!

I have two boys...one just turned 4 and the other is 18 months. I am very blessed that my father in law bought my oldest son his lifetime before he was 3 and he is going to buy my youngest son his as well. He is an avid hunter and I am blessed to still have him around(fighting prostate cancer for about 8 years now) and hopefully will for a long time.

That's excellent. My son turned 3 in September. We also got him his lifetime license close to 2 years ago or more. We have one in the oven and as long as they don't change the rules I'll get him his lifetime license sometime after May as soon as he has a SSN. My son likes to go pretend hunting already in the yard, which thrills me to no end of course. If you ask my 3 year old how a deer goes, he says, "Bang!" And, I swear I never told him to say that.

That is great. We got the younger boy his before he turned 13. I wish we could have gotten the older boy his but it was more than we could afford. He was already past 12. :( Maybe when I win the lottery.

My son will be 17 in February and I bought his lifetime license just after he was born. Money well spent in every aspect. I turn 50 in May and might wait until then to buy my 2013 license since I could take advantage of the price drop after my b'day.

The best days of hunting and fishing are those spent with your kids!
