Jugs in TWRA lakes

The Fishing Guide reads as follows concerning the use of jugs in TWRA lakes: "10 jugs or blocks per boat daily except, from Apr 1 - Sept 30, jug fishing is not
allowed on Saturday, Sunday, Memorial Day,Independence Day and Labor Day. Trotlines and limblines prohibited."

Does this mean that only 10 jugs are allowed, period or that it is only 10 outside of the time of April 1-September 30 and the statewide number of 50 are allowed during this time period? Thanks

It is 10 jugs per boat year round with additional closures during the listed period on TWRA lakes.
