Has anybody been catching them this year? It seems to me that the fish aren't there in the size or numbers they used to be. Up until last year we were able to catch plenty of good sized fish every evening. Are the numbers down or what? Any input would be great.

I'm not sure. I just moved here last year and really was not impressed from what I have seen. There's a newspaper that I get at my local tackle shop that usually has really good reports in it. It looks like there are some reports from a guide. Just google precy priest fishing reports and it'll come up. Looks like the guides have been doing good, but I couldn't tell you what everyone else is doing because I haven't been on percy much this year.

Priest is loaded with hybrids and big ones. I only fish for them from end march to end of may. This was the best year in a long time this year. Had several in 13-14 lb range and many days where we caught a bunch. This time of year from what I am told is a live bait/chicken liver bite or trolling.
