He should absolutely be a full time starter somewhere next year. He will probably never be an all pro, but he's 100% better than 5-6 of the QBs starting in the league right now. Heck, Arizona had to trade him away because they were trying to tank and afraid he'd win them some games they didn't actually want to win.
