Well y'all, it appears the internet serves another purpose other than propaganda, political disinformation and ID theft, this turned out pretty good, no more stumbling over ribs. I think I'm gonna get 4 stainless self tappers and big stainless washer to screw it down on the corners so it'll stay put and provide some floatation incase of a mishap.

Basically had that floor in my jet polarkraft for 20 plus years. Be aware that if you have a serious gas spillage in the boat the gas will eat the foam board insulation pieces. DAMHIK. Have replaced the floor once in that time period.

Let us know how it holds up; I would think the insulation would crush a bit after a while. I don't recall what I did to my floor; I'll have to go check.

It seems pretty solid, I've been walking around on it getting things organized. I went ahead and put 4 stainless screws washers in the corners in the ribs so I don't have to worry about it flying out going down the interstate.

I like this style of floor. It's aluminum mesh that allows the water to still drain to the rear plug. Just an idea for anyone redoing their boat floor.
