I just bought a jet sled from Bass Pro...less than $50.

if you don't know what it is, it is what most ice fisherman and goose hunters use to get their necessities to where they are going.............basically, it looks like a bath tub with a rope on one end.............made of heavy duty plastic.........I plan to use it to get deer out of the woods by laoding the deer into it and tying the sled to the back of my wheeler..............this past season i had to get help getting a deer out because he was too heavy to pull up on my wheeler......I was afraid of damaging his rack by just tying him to the wheeler and dragging him.......

Can't wait to use it..............

BH i had the same problem this year. i had about a 30 minute fight with one ( but i finally won ). thought to myself ill take care of that in the offseason.....this is what i came up with.

A piece of heavy canvas tarp with two eyelets on corners with a rope ran through it will work pretty good to drag a deer. Just lay deer on the tarp and hook rope around hitch. I've also got a flat tilt trailor made out of a Wally-world yard trailor that I modified to haul deer on. Hooks to the hitch on my 4-wheeler.

I tried one of them McDIVITT, but it almost touched the ground after loading a good sized buck on it.
I'm with Matador. I never tried it but have seen them and thought the same thing that I'd be riding a wheelie and the steering would be horrible. I did see one at the NWTF banquet a year or so ago that was like this but had a good sized pneumatic wheel underneath it to keep that from happening. The company that made them was based in Fairview.
