That's awesome. Glad to see you're using the "true" Jerk seasoning. I've never had their BBQ sauce, but ever since we ate roadside Jerk chicken in Jamaica and saw they used Walkerswood, that's all we've ever bought.

Is the Walkserswood brand seasoning easy to find? I've always with got the Whole Foods brand or mixed my own. I think I'm going to have to do a Jamican street food trip some time. I love Jamican food, but Miami and Brooklyn ghettos are as close as I have come to the real deal.

For a while, it was internet only....but I've seen the regular stuff at Kroger in the past couple months. We like to get the hot. Typically we buy the big bottle of "marinate" and the smaller jar of "Seasoning". They both taste the same. More importantly, not a drop of sweet. Only in the USA do you get syrupy jerk flavoring.
