Home grown. Cooked on my rib rack. Tool off ebay works pretty well to clean out the core.

Yummy.

Our son does these but with a little twist. He cooks the bacon and mixes it with his cream cheese and other items. Then stuffs the peppers and puts them on his grill or smoker. Fabulous
