He did my last one as well, and I'm well pleased with it.
No idea.Does he dry preserve or use a tannery?
May i ask why you would say that. I do good work, I tan in house dont use dry or liquid preservatives. I've been in business since early 90's. Prices are good and as of today 10/27/2025 my turn around time is less than 12 months. Why would you say steer clear? Id really like to know.I cannot give a recommendation for one in Jackson, but I would steer clear of laurel hill in Henderson.

Mike, I don't know you and I'm sure you're a nice fella that does good work but I'll tell you like I tell everybody that works with me—communication is the single most important part of running a business and maintaining satisfied customers. There are no excuses for not communicating when it's as easy as it is to contact folks in a plethora of ways these days. Shooting people straight and being honest, even if it's not what you think they want to hear, is a heck of a lot better than BS and excuses.May i ask why you would say that. If this is true, and I have no dog in this fight, he needs to own it and explain.Mike, I don't know you and I'm sure you're a nice fella that does good work but I'll tell you like I tell everybody that works with me—communication is the single most important part of running a business and maintaining satisfied customers. Not a good look for someone looking to clear their nameHmmm looks like Mike conviently left the conversation. Note to self to steer clear of that shop.
