Those are great bucks. I agree on the tradiontional rifles. There is something about it that results in a little more satisfaction. It's a long way to November but I'm really looking forward to it.

I hear ya on the retiring part. My buck above was the last time I hunted with that rifle. The day previous I missed too different deer with it; I think my old eyes just can't work with the iron sights. Anything closer than 5 feet I just can't focus on.

I'm tellin' ya, the tru glo sight at the end of the barrel just about covered that deer up at about 45 yds!
