I caught this one at least twice last year, note the faded eye (maybe blind) and the hump back -

Didn't weigh the fish but they were all at least 15 lbs or so.

My buddy was trying to catch one and ended up with 2 catfish instead. One of which was the 6lb 11oz catfish I caught at least twice last year. Do you get the idea that these are small ponds? lol

Also caught a largemouth on a Z____ ____ ____ _______ _____ rigged ______ _____ when I first got there.

Oh sorry my lures are top secret... nah it was just a zoom trick worm junebug wacky rigged. I have caught a lot of bass on a wacky worm. A great go to bait if you want a good chance of catching some bass.

The grass carp are eating good with the warm weather, their lips were stained green, good grief they never stop eating. Got a pond I have seen some 40+ pounders but there are so many bluegill I have gone thru 4 loaves of sandwich bread in one trip and never caught a carp.

Man you can have at it, but be prepared to get kicked out of the neighborhood and pay to re stock their ponds! :D

I'm gonna try bowfishing again this summer but not on grass carp. Almost had me a buff last summer, knocked a couple scales off of one.
