Pistol once. Of course it landed on a rock. I dropped my entire backpack once too. I was looking forward to that Gatorade the entire hunt too dang it!
 
I've dropped my bag, water bottle, range finder, headlamp. O and once the plastic clip gave out on my pull rope and my gun fell. Thankfully it was a marlin with a hammer spur because it caught on the rope on the way down and stopped right before hitting the ground. Now that gets the blood flowing
 
Cellphone, clif bar, and yes even my bow. The bow went thru bushes so it wasn't hurt. The phone sat there while the battery died, meanwhile 2 deer died as well. :D when I got home and charged it up, I was blown up with text messages.

Me!! Right out of a 14 foot leaner stand. Fell asleep in the afternoon after an all night drive and a morning sit. This was before safety straps. Landed on my knees. could hardly walk for 2 days. Gun ricocheted off the metal ladder and ended muzzle first in the mud. I checked it the next day and it was so far off i clean missed a 4x4 piece of cardboard.
Dropped my hat one time. Used my pull rope and the hook from a bungee to try and fish it back up. I had just hooked it and looked around real quick to see a nice buck chase a doe by 50 yds away.
Gloves, water, thermacell, flashlight, phone etc have all ended up on the ground around me at one time or another. After hunting for 30 years I guess thats gonna happen occasionally

Worst was one hunt I dropped my unloaded Winchester Model 70 Featherweight. It landed muzzle first and bored several inches into the dirt. Hunt was over before it started.
 
Numerous items and not to hijack your thread but once a buck came in on the ledge I was hunting and bedded down on the other side of a cedar that had fallen. I was going to go home at noon , had to check our of the motel and it was as getting close to the time so I preseeded to toss things on the other side of him to hopefully get him up and move my way for a shot (bow). I basicly threw everything out of my pack and he just watched them tumble down the ridge without even getting up . With out any more things to throw I tried to throw my voice hoping it would get him moving toward me . He finally got tired of the annoying sounds and went down the ridge without giving me a shot . Boy am I glad no one was watching me , kinda stupid I guess but heck I tried :D
 
Usually just carbon or lead flying out of the trees but i have been known to drop grunt calls, flashlight, release, primers for muzzle loader and my drinks. lol even rigged up my hand saw on the end of my rope to try and snag my grunt call it worked after about 20 try's lol. Oh and my walkie talky one time and my hunting buddy's kept hollering for me on it till I had no choice but to get down and get it.
 
Cell phone [arrowed my first buck while phone was on the ground).
Toboggan(s), glove, pin from bottom of climber, heavy camouflage coat, thermos full of hot chocolate (on a 20 degree morning)
bow (two times), quiver, numerous arrows.
 
Calls and little stuff like that. Aside from falling 30 feet and landing standing on 1 broken leg, the worst I've ever done was with a brand new, first trip to the woods Winchester Featherweight 270 with a new scope. I had climbed way up there overlooking a grownup cutover. I was about 40-45 feet high so I could look down into it. I hung the sling over my shoulder while I was turning around on the stand and the swivel broke. I watched as the rifle turned a couple of flips on the way down landing across a big log at the bottom of my tree. When I climbed down I saw the forearm had a 6" crack in it. I fired it at a 100 yard target and it was still dead on. The next morning I took 3 deer at 350-400 yards. I still hunt with that rifle some times.
 
Dopped lots of small stuff over the years but I did drop my bow from 20 ft up. It landed right on the bottom cam and the limbs exploded. I bet you could hear me swearing from a mile away as $900 worth of stuff hit the ground.
 
My 7 mag, forgot to put a pull rope in the stand when I hung it. Started to climb down and it slid right off my shoulder and landed flat on its side. The gun and leupold scope both were unharmed, and it didn't even change the zero on my scope. I've also dropped gloves,facemasks,cushions,arrows, hot hands, muzzleloader primers, and a rangefinder.
 
before climbers had cables and on the first couple times I ever hunted, had my bottom half of climber slide down tree which left me sitting in the seat with no harness and a bow in hand (there is no worse feeling). Fortunately had tied my string to the seat and could lower bow and there was a grapevine within reach that I was able to climb down on. Once I got down, climbed back up and finished the hunt. Tied a rope between the top and bottom of climber after that!
