Found some Chanterelles today on my ride around of the farm and plenty of them! Kinda early for them as I usually don't find any till the end of June early July.
Just so happened I had a 16 oz Ribeye and a Lobster tail on hand, the "Shantys" topped the steak off nicely!

Sorry no after pics. I did cook them side by side on the grill and found that the lobster took a little longer to cook than the steak.
I can tell you one thing though......................it was delicious!! Way better than anything i've ever had at any restaurant.
