on a draw hunt, first to gate. 3 young "bros" have pulled up to same gate, 3 different trucks. they know each other and claim to be hunting together. one tells me "ive been scouting here past 3 days, aint killed a bird since 2017". I tell him its gonna get dangerous if all them come in there and we end up on same bird. He doesnt care.

I should just leave and go to another gate, but im stubborn. if we end up on same bird, he wont be killing it. ill make sure of it.

YouTube. Be safe out there. Googans are a dangerous breed.

I hope you kill one and stay safe. I slept at the gate last night and was told at 330am there were about 13 other vehicles on up the road before me. I had 5 fly up yesterday evening within 60 of where I was standing. Based off wings flaps 2 were heavy birds. Since they weren't gobbling for other ppl roosting I let them be. 🤞🏽. I don't care much for hooting once season opens anyways.

I'm dealing with a similar situation now. Had 2 birds fired up this morning and 3 young guys came in on me and managed to spook both of them. I told them to not spook that bird gobble a couple hundred yards down the road they did anyway. I've picked on in another mile on one that is so so gobbling. Guess we will see.

Are any of the trucks squatted? For some reason when I hear the word "bros" I think flat bill hat and squatted trucks.
Not squatted, but he's so worried about getting it dirty he literally has a "stepping mat". LOL
