Will have a synopsis of my fall, 2021 fun later but will say for now I had the best hunt of my life in Colorado for a 2nd Rifle Deer hunt and never fired a shot! Miracles do happen.

For now, life is good, markets are up, working hard at retirement, was baptized in the Yellowstone River this fall and have a deer tag to fill.

My Ford needs a bath! Good luck to all during the rut. Hunt and have fun and enjoy what Creator has provided.

More to come in December! The best is yet come, believe it!

That's great Dean! Always look forward to your hunts out west. We are in Hays Kansas right now on our way to Colorado for 3rd season. Deer tag in hand and will probably buy an elk tag when we get there. I have a new rifle that needs to get broken in 😁

That's awesome but how in the world you fit 2 elk in a short bed is a feat in and of itself. Congrats!!!

I'm willing to bet those aren't whole elk, but rather heads and quarters. Or the makers of Mary Poppins' handbag are in the auto industry.
