I seriously have no idea. My son has got the black gun bug and has been shopping around and asked me about this ad. I thought I might take it to the experts.
 
No steal, but reasonable, the good thing about AR's is, if a component is giving you a problem you can replace it with something better. Right now lower assemblies are cheap if you shop around.
