I know its just a guessing game for others but give it a try.

Not that it would change your answer but It was found in a plowed field near a small river.

Great pic.....sure looks whole.....the tip appears to be there...hope the bottom left ear is there.....I'll guess no it's not broke.

Im pretty sure this piece has been broken once before and resharpened but its good enough for me.
So if you said it was complete and not broke, you were correct. No modern damage found.
