Is Excalibur ExoMax crossbow a good choice?

I have a friend selling his Excalibur ExoMax crossbow. I wonder if this is a good upgrade. I have a Centerpoint Sniper 370, killed one deer with it. However it's not as accurate. The ExoMax is a bit hard to chocolate chip cookie, but after a few shots, I could tell its much more accurate. He say's it's the very simple design, no cams, nothing to fail, just shoots dead on. It has a little rust, but other than that is in great shape. Would love to hear your thoughts.
He's got it listed on craigs list Excalibur ExoMax

I also have the Excalibur Micro. Wasn't sure how much I would adapt to a recurve but absolutely love it.

I've had the exomax for several years. Never had the first issue. Shoots very accurate with expandables.

Other than needing a trigger upgrade, you'll likely be pleased with the Exomax.
The new Micros have a decent factor trigger.

My only complaint with the older Excaliburs was their rough triggers.
You can get a new higher-end trigger kit from Wyvern for @ $150 and install it yourself.
