I've made a big goof.

I began cleaning one of the Muzzleloaders but not before I realized that I had a bullet still in the barrel. Now the powder is obviously wet, and I don't know how to get the bullet out. I don't have a bullet puller.

What kind of M/L do you have? If it's an inline, you can remove the breech plug and shove the load out with the ramrod.

lots of caps if its one of the side locks take the nipple out put a few grains of powder in replace nipple an fire it

My dad screwed up years back loaded w/o powder. Percussion cap style. We tried powder down nipple no luck then I had the idea of slicing into a chotgun shell and using that powder. It worked I dont why if the powder was finer or more potent but it did the trick.
