Just finished off some pot roast I cooked up earlier this week in the instapot. I'm amazed at how roast comes out of this thing so tender, juicy, and flavorful, in just a little over an hour. What took all day in a crock pot or oven is now done much faster, and just as good!

What are some of ya'lls favorite instapot recipes? I've only done some pot roasts so far but want to experiment some more with this thing.

Check out pressure luck cooking on YouTube. The guy is a little strange but his instapot recipes are great. Just did his chicken and dumplings and they were as close to granny's as I've had.
