Instant read thermometer

I'm looking for a good instant read thermometer but there are so many to choose from.can anyone recommend a good one? I cook and smoke quite often and use a probe but my last 3 don't seem to be all that accurate so I'm wanted to try something different.

Thermapen is what I use. Not cheap but fast and accurate.

Another vote for the Thermapen from ThermoWorks(linked above).

I think most professional chefs use a thermapen

I agree that Thermopen is probably the best, but I use this one and haven't had a single issue.
